Before: chimney siding damage from a major hail storm. Showing how our process works with new flashing and correct steps in making sure it's a permanent solution to the leak that occurred - NOT just a temporary bandage over the leak issue.
After: replacement of all layers affected by hail storm, any weather related damages like the holes in wood panels underneath the chimney siding. All new siding pieces, step flashing, underlayment, and fresh coat of paint. Client said she was very happy and pleased with the outcome (her neighbors even complimented the new chimney afterwards)
After the full roof replacement was completed, we had to replace the chimney flashing. We submitted a supplement, and once we got all the necessary approvals from the insurance company, we got to work. So, what did we do? We installed synthetic underlayment as a moisture barrier, replaced the chimney flashing, as well as the siding and trim around the chimney. Once the materials were in place, we sealed the chimney with acrylic caulk, applied paint putty, and finished it off with a coat of latex paint.
This thorough approach to repairs gives us confidence in the quality of our work. That’s why our clients trust us to handle all their property repair needs.
