Hello and welcome!
My name is John Granberry, and I’m honored to serve you and your home. With a strong background in aviation, construction, and roofing, I bring a unique combination of skills and high-level standards to every project.

My passion for construction began back in high school at Salpointe, a top-10 private college-prep school with a curriculum modeled after Notre Dame. There, I dove into advanced classes like Physics Honors, Architecture, Drafting, and Woodshop — all of which laid the foundation for my future career.

After graduation, I entered the aviation industry, working for over 16 years in high-security environments at an airport F.B.O., where I maintained private jets and complex facilities. I was trusted by VIP clients such as Senator John McCain, Kid Rock, Dave Chappelle, Drake, and Snoop Dogg — people who demanded excellence and precision. These clients trusted me with their lives, and I bring that same level of care to your roof and home.

Later, I joined Bombardier/Learjet, maintaining the largest building in Arizona and working with strict fire and aviation codes (ATA 103, FAR 139.321, NFPA 407). I rose through the ranks to Supervisor, Line Chief, and Designated Airline Trainer. I was then handpicked to join U.S. Ecology as a government code compliance auditor — regularly inspected by U.S. Army personnel and passing every audit with flying colors.

Before moving to DFW, I launched my own flat-roof company, where I personally installed 60,000 sq. ft. of leak-free roofing. I also specialize in storm damage insurance claims and offer advanced strategies to ensure approval — tactics that set us apart from the competition.

In my free time, I enjoy building and racing an 800-hp turbo Toyota Supra, exploring physics, and playing baseball as a pitcher and catcher in a city league. I’m also certified in asbestos and OSHA safety compliance — ready to keep your project secure from every angle.
