Handyman

Advantage Remodeling and Roofing Co. is looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team full-time. This position involves a wide range of interior and exterior repair and finishing work, including fences, water-damage repairs, tile installation, painting, drywall, flooring, and more. We need someone who can accurately assess the scope of work, deliver high-quality results, and work efficiently with tools and materials.

Responsibilities
• Perform general repair, maintenance, and finishing tasks (tile, drywall, painting, flooring, plastering, fence installation, and water-damage restoration).
• Accurately evaluate the scope of work and necessary materials for each project.
• Safely and effectively use a wide range of tools and equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, to quality standards, and in compliance with safety practices.
• Collaborate with the project manager and team for scheduling and task execution.

Qualifications
• Proven handyman or construction experience, including both interior and exterior projects.
• Ability to assess, plan, and complete various types of repair/finishing work.
• Strong skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, and other general construction tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
