My name is Xavier Rodriguez.

I am proud to be part of the Advantage Remodeling and Roofing team as a Project Manager. At just 18 years old, I am the eldest of six siblings and have set ambitious goals for myself — including the dream of buying my first home by the age of 21, all while supporting my family along the way.

Growing up, I discovered a passion for working with my hands, whether it was writing, building, or drawing. I made a promise to myself to pursue a career where I could apply my skills, creativity, and dedication to create real, tangible results. Joining Advantage Remodeling and Roofing is my first big step toward fulfilling that promise.

Starting my professional journey early, I am committed to learning, growing, and building a strong future. I dream of one day establishing my own company in the electrical field. In my free time, I enjoy riding my motorcycle when the weather is nice, taking in the freedom and joy it brings.

Ultimately, my goal is not just to build a successful career, but to create a meaningful life — to settle down, get married, have children, and retire knowing that I built something lasting both professionally and personally.
